    If you’re looking for an evening that checks all the boxes—chic setting, upscale cocktails, standout dishes, and yes, a live DJ—Fleur PVD in the Omni Hotel might just be your next night out. It’s one of those rare places that pulls off both refined and fun without trying too hard.

    We stopped by on DJ Night (every Thursday from 9 PM to midnight), when DJ Timmy Drums takes the floor and transforms the sleek dining room into a high-energy lounge. Between the music and the martinis, it’s a vibe. And no—Megan still can’t dance. Trust me, it’s been a journey.

    What to Eat (and Definitely Not Share)

    Let’s talk food. We started with a charcuterie board that made us wish we wore looser pants. The sesame-crusted salmon was seared to perfection, and the Coq au Fleur—a French-style chicken entrée with a twist—was so good we briefly considered ordering a second one just to avoid sharing. (Megan’s fork was hovering.)

    Dessert stole the show: crème brÝlÊe with the perfect crackly top, and a flourless chocolate tort that made us question every chocolate dessert that came before it.

    Sip Something Stylish

    The cocktail menu is as creative as it is tasty. We recommend the Fleur 75 (a floral twist on the French 75), the smoky Smok & Mirrors, and the bold Black Rose. Even if gin isn’t usually your thing, it might surprise you here.
